I joined Adam Matthew in 2005 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2014. I work closely with Martha and Khal on all aspects of business strategy, but my particular focus is overseeing the production of our resources.
I am also involved with the development of new projects and our future publication list. This takes me to archives and universities in the UK, USA and Europe, exploring material for inclusion in our resources, attending conferences and meeting with the academic community to keep up with current trends in research.
My academic background is in early modern religious and social history but my role at Adam Matthew has allowed me to explore archival collections from a huge array of time periods, from medieval family papers to 19th century accounts of overland travel in the American West. It is a real privilege to work with such exciting and important archival collections and to play a part in developing and producing innovative, imaginative resources for teaching and research.
