An exciting opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing digital publisher of academic resources in the arts and humanities.

As part of a small and friendly team, you will work across a range of subject areas including literature, history and cultural studies. You will be responsible for the creation of digital resources, ensuring that projects are consistently delivered to a high standard and specification.

The job will involve some national and international travel to attend conferences, meet academics and visit archives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Ensuring projects are published on time and on budget
- Managing a project team and external suppliers
- Monitoring expenditure against budget
- Maintaining a high standard of quality control in all aspects of project production

Applicants should:

- Possess a degree in the arts and humanities and have a strong academic background
- Have gained experience in the publishing industry
- Have excellent project management skills
- Have strong leadership and people management skills
- Be a highly confident and persuasive communicator
- Be familiar with digital resources and their application for teaching and research

This is a full time position based in Marlborough, Wiltshire. Salary dependent on experience plus excellent benefits.
