I joined Adam Matthew in early 2014 and since then have been fortunate enough to travel the world meeting librarians and academics, building new relationships and highlighting our fantastic collection of resources. I work with institutions of all sizes to enable them to access our collections.
With a background in print book publishing the transition to digital products has been an exciting and rewarding one, particularly as the shift from print to digital within the academic market continues to gain momentum. It is a privilege to be able to see and hear how librarians and academics are adapting to this shift in terms of both libraries’ facilities and academics’ teaching and research. It has been particularly gratifying to see how the availability of collections such as ours has enabled academics to encourage their students to engage directly with primary source material.
It is a hugely rewarding experience to work with such high-quality resources from such a diverse array of internationally renowned archives and to see in person how they enhance teaching and learning around the world.
