After working in HR for more than 10 years, I joined Adam Matthew in 2015 as Senior HR Manager. My role entails working with the rest of the Senior Management Team and Directors to align HR initiatives and strategies with our business plan. I am responsible for determining our recruitment methods, learning and development plans and reviewing the reward & benefits we offer.
I also work with managers to ensure we get the best from our people who are truly valued. I feel very lucky to be working in such a positive and energetic environment. We work hard to ensure we keep people motivated and focused although, throughout the business there is a genuine enthusiasm about the collections we create and the material we get to work with. The company has continued to grow since I joined which always presents new challenges for HR. However, these have been positive challenges which continue to excite me and keep me on my toes.
