Our Sales and Customer Support team provide a superior service by being consistent and conscientious to our customers, agents and sales team alike. The team strives to complete all tasks to the highest standard to ensure all academics have the best possible experience when using our resources.
A Day in the Life: Customer Support Coordinator
My role as a Sales Support Coordinator is very varied because not only do I communicate daily with our customers, I also work closely with colleagues in many different departments at Adam Matthew Digital. One of my primary responsibilities is to answer any questions that our customers have and to resolve any technical problems they are experiencing. I am also responsible for actioning any requests that have been sent to me from the Sales Managers I have been assigned to. A challenging yet rewarding part of my job is to train any new starters that join our team. Other tasks that I complete daily can include sending out licence agreements, setting up trial access and writing best practice documents.
I feel proud to work at Adam Matthew because I really admire the passion we have to help enhance research in the academic community. I have never worked for a company that looks after its customers and employees so exceptionally and it’s wonderful to be able to say that I enjoy coming into work. Working in the Customer Support team is personally rewarding because not only does the role challenge me, it also gives me the opportunity to liaise closely with both customers and colleagues, all of whom are an absolute pleasure to work with.
