Licence agreements are available to download from this site for your information. These agreements form the terms and conditions of use once your order for a digital resource has been processed and have been modelled on the Research Libraries Group (RLG) format.

These agreements are available as PDF files under each of the collections; they can also be downloaded by selecting the appropriate collection from the drop-down list to the right of this text.

If you have contacted us via email, or through the orders section of this website, we will send you a personalised copy of the agreement, with your institution name and contact details already completed. If you are downloading your own PDF file, please ensure that all details are completed before sending the copies back to us.

Please send two paper copies of the completed and signed licence agreement(s) to:
